TadaApp is the personal project of Hakan Özmen, an independent developer based in Massachusetts, United States. TadaApp is not a registered company — it's a hobby project. The apps and browser extensions published under the TadaApp name are created and maintained in personal time, and offered to the public free of charge or through standard app store pricing. By using these products, you understand that you are interacting with an individual developer, not a corporation.

By using tadaapp.com or any TadaApp app or browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use them — and feel free to share feedback through the contact form so things can improve.

You're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TadaApp apps and browser extensions on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or repackage the products, and don't use them to do anything illegal or harmful.

TadaApp products are currently free. If paid features are added in the future, all purchases will be processed by Apple's App Store, Google Play, or the relevant browser extension store under their respective terms. Refunds are handled by those stores. Reach out via the contact form if a purchase issue appears to be on our end.

TadaApp products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. As an independent developer offering these products in personal time, no guarantees are made regarding uptime, freedom from bugs, continued availability, or future support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hakan Özmen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of tadaapp.com or any TadaApp product. If liability is found despite this clause, total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is greater. For free products, this amount is zero.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the website or apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of TadaApp products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
