Inhale

Cycle 3 / 6

"Slow the inhale. Hold the silence. Release the exhale. Dingin is a quiet companion for the moments your day forgets to give you."

Guided breathing, made effortless

A softly pulsing orb expands as you inhale and contracts as you exhale. Pick a preset — Box, 4-7-8, Coherent — or just let the breath lead. Optional gentle haptics tap with the rhythm so you can keep your eyes closed.

Custom rituals

Build your own breath patterns — adjustable inhale, hold, exhale, and second hold — and save them with a name. Set one as your default for the home screen.

Sleep & relaxation

A separate dim-screen mode shifts to deep blues so the light doesn't disturb you or anyone nearby. Pair a long-exhale ritual with rain or ocean and let the day end softly.

Listening · on-device

Real-time breath detection

By default, you guide the orb with a simple tap-and-hold. If you switch on optional microphone listening — it's off until you enable it — Dingin senses your inhale and exhale and adapts the orb to your real pace, no wearable needed. Audio is processed locally and never recorded.
